General Refund Terms

🚨 IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase. We will not issue refunds or replacements for misaddressed orders.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 3 days for order processing.
  • During high-demand periods (drops or special events), processing may take 5-7 days.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

However, we stand by the quality of our products and guarantee them for life. If you ever experience a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange your item for a comparable one.

Return Eligibility:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-returnable items: Due to sanitary reasons, headwear cannot be returned.

📦 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for postage on all returns and exchanges.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unused items. To request an exchange, please contact support@obscurerealityjewelry.com and send the item to:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
