General Shipping Terms

Once a tracking number has been provided via email, Obscure Reality Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. If your order is lost or stolen during transit, we cannot be held liable.

🚨 IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your address before completing your order, as we will not issue refunds or replacements for misaddressed shipments.

🕒 Processing Times:

  • Orders typically take up to 3 days to process.
  • During high-demand periods, such as product drops or holidays, processing may take 7-10 days (Updated 1/22/25).

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If a package is lost or stolen, Obscure Reality Jewelry cannot be held responsible. In such cases, please reach out to the shipping provider directly to file a claim.


International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide! However, please note the following:

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Obscure Reality Jewelry does not cover customs charges and will not accept returns due to an inability to pay these fees.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery can range from 5-30 days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking for USPS International: If you choose USPS for international shipping, tracking will no longer be available once the package leaves the U.S. If you require full tracking, please opt for DHL instead.
  • Obscure Reality Jewelry is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered international shipments. If issues arise, please contact your selected carrier.

  • Defective Products: We will gladly exchange any item found to be defective.
  • Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
